Problem :
In today's fast-paced digital world, managing financial transactions and splitting of bills efficiently while ensuring security and convenience is a growing challenge. Traditional methods of money transfer, bill payment, and fund management often involve lengthy processes, security concerns, and limited accessibility.
Research :
User research is a processes to find out the user point of view, their frustrations and their struggle to get their understanding. I have two used methods which contributed hugely in addition to my own findings.
Solution :
To design and develop a comprehensive finance wallet mobile application that empowers users to seamlessly send, top up, pay bills and split bills, fostering secure and efficient financial transactions.
My Approach :
Many of the skills I've learned for product design and development have been put to the test for this project, including user flow, information architecture, low- and high-fidelity wireframe construction, market research, concept prototyping, and design iterations.
This took a lot of time and effort, pushing me beyond many of my present boundaries.
I gained a lot of knowledge from this project, including the need to refine my UX design process, try out new UI design techniques, and undoubtedly work on creating better surveys, among other things. However, I will keep honing my craft because I still have a lot to learn, and I know that my next project, which I will begin working on right away, will require me to explore new territory and set new records.
